Located in the Adams Farm Shopping Center just off of Mackay Road in Jamestown, North Carolina, Orangetheory Fitness is now booking gym sessions for our high-energy workout programs. We offer the newest technology in exercise and a clean environment for all of our clients who range from working professionals to young athletes desiring a flexible workout schedule.
The Orangetheory Fitness program is designed as a 60-minute workout using our 12 distinct exercise regimens. You'll wear a heart rate monitor to ensure maximum caloric burning during the workout. When personal programs are structured properly, many of our clients continue to burn calories for the following 36 hours.
Our gym trainers understand that not all people are equal in their exercise needs, so we group clients with others who have the same general focus. This allows everyone to have a fun experience while exercising with others in the group. Our trainers can help adjust the program to reach your weight loss or fitness goals in an enthusiastic workout setting.
It doesn't matter if you are an athlete looking to gain strength and endurance or a beginner who wants to lose some excess weight; the Orangetheory Fitness program can work for anyone who is dedicated to a healthier body. The goal at Orangetheory is pushing you to do your best regardless of the intensity of your personal workout.
Call us at our Jamestown, North Carolina, studio location today at (336) 663-1056 or contact us through our online portal and book your first Orangetheory workout for free. We do not require long-term gym contracts thanks to our pay-as-you-go plan. You can literally take your personal training program to your own level while making it fit your budget. Be sure to ask about our promotional programs like the Bridal Challenge and Ultimate Weight Loss Challenge!
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
